Personal and S4O/S4H limited busines terms of use

Krystal Hartley retains and reserves the right to modify, update and change the Terms of Use for all digital designs at anytime with or without notice. This doesn't mean that I'm going to remove my S4O license and make it retroactive...it just means that I might change things for future purchases, and you can always find the TOU here.

These designs are for personal use only except in the case of scrapping for others (or similar), for which you will never provide clients unflattened images of your work that includes my designs. This angel policy/license is extended to your other home-based crafting businesses such as candy bar wrappers or cards as long as you are printing them at home, not to exceed 500 copies. This license is not extended to quick pages--either designed by you or me.

You may use these kits and elements in part or in whole in your layouts that will be submitted to Scrapbooking and related magazines for publication, giving proper credit to Kystal Hartley and the store from which you purchased it (if applicable). If you alter an item, just indicate [altered] in your product list.

What you CANNOT do:
You may NOT used these designs in any way as part of a freebie or promotion without prior consent from Krystal Hartley.
You may NOT use designs to create graphics for websites, blogs, or email stationery...except for personal use...without consent from Krystal Hartley.
You may NOT use these designs to create quick pages.
You may NOT redistribute these designs in any way other than as part of a finished, commissioned, and flattened image for your scrap for others business unless you receive permission from Krystal Hartley.
EVEN IF THIS IS A FREE PRODUCT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO REDISTIRBUTE IN ANY WAY. IF YOU SHARE A LINK ABOUT THIS PRODUCT, IT SHOULD POINT DIRECTLY TO THE SOURCE OF THE PROMOTION (I.E. MY BLOG, MY STORE, ETC.).

Krystal Hartley retains and reserves the right to modify, update and change the Terms of Use for all digital designs at anytime with or without notice. It will never be retroactive; it just means that future products may not include the same terms. So, just pay attention to my current TOU. Okay?

This is a Designer Resource. No credit is required.

Here's what you CAN do

• You can create personal use and scrap for hire use digital scrapbooking kits for sale.
• You can create web graphics for blogs and websites for sale.
• You can create tagger and stationery products for sale.
• You can create designs for collaboration kits.
• You can create freebies as long as you have altered the product over and above just recoloring.
  

What you CANNOT do

• You cannot share these files with others.
• You cannot create other designer resource products with these files.
• You cannot create designs to be manufactured by 3rd parties (including paper scrapbooking and stationery products).
• You cannot create freebies unless you have altered the image more than just recoloring.

UNAUTHORIZED USE
The use of the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person is prohibited.
It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. Accessing the images and text provided within this purchase does not give you any rights to use them without the permission of the Copyright owner.
All Materials designed by Krystal Hartley, including but not limited to images and text, are protected by copyright under U.S. copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You cannot use the Content except as specified herein.
You agree to follow all instructions within these terms and are limited the way you may use the Content.

LIMITED LIABILITY
Krystal Hartley shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of materials from this purchase.

CREDITING THE DESIGNER
Please credit Krystal Hartley for your published works.
Gallery credits are appreciated but not required.
No credit required on my commercial use products.
