So, just as the Digitals contest was getting under way, I signed up for a similar contest at Just for the Scrap of It. That contest runs the month of October. Should I just be grateful for the latest success and pass on the new one? Should I try my hand there with possibly a new audience and new challenges? Would it seem greedy?
If I decide to participate, the first challenge has already been posted...a heritage kit. Ack! I'm so not qualified. You guys know me...funky and bright. I think of heritage as elegant (which I'm not) and desaturated (which is kind of sleepy). I guess I could figure out how I would personally scrap my own heritage photos and go from there???
Okay...so I keep asking for your input...but I love it, and I hope you don't mind! And stay tuned for that halloween kit!

I don't know... the more you challenge yourself, the more you're going to grow and learn new things. But you could drive yourself bonkers, too... ;)
If you feel you can handle the load between the two...DO IT. Remember how you got too burnt out with TLC...keep that in mind. You wore a lot of hats and were very good at it but at the same time...family first...remember. Only you know what you can handle. I would support you if you do it though!
whatever girl....change the heritage up a bit..who says it has to be the way that it always is...you can DO this....you are amazing...don't kill yourself over this though....remember..you are simplifying...hehe (whatever that means...I have NO clue!) I think that you will be amazing in whatever you decide to do...so pray on it and we will stay tuned..and of course support you however we can!
I would echo what the others have said. You stepped down from TLC to spend more time with your family. If you can do this within the time you've set aside for business, then go for it, but don't take on more than you can reasonably handle. And I think a new spin on heritage would be great - most of what is out there is BORING!
So, I'm leaning towards withdrawing from the contest. You're right...I don't want to get burned out or burdened with work. I didn't realize how much time TLC took from me until I gave it up. I didn't look at my downline report once last month (well, except for this one issue that needed to be resolved). As of this moment, I have no idea what my volume was. Very liberating.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
You didn't DO IT?
I am sad. I was looking forward to see your new creations.
